How we structured the entry of a K-Clinic brand in Brazil
This project was fully conducted by Kiko Sori, the strategic partner in the “Brazil Market Gateway” project.
Permatology is a Korean high-performance dermocosmetic brand focused on tissue regeneration technologies such as PDRN.
Positioned at the intersection of dermocosmetics and clinical practice, the brand required strong scientific legitimacy, medical endorsement and structured market access to succeed in Brazil.
Challenge
The objective was to enter the Brazilian market with a clinical and premium positioning, ensuring alignment across key strategic fronts:
- regulatory compliance
- scientific narrative
- commercial strategy
- professional distribution channels
In parallel, the launch of a new regenerative protocol, Glass Skin Protocol, demanded not only communication, but also medical education and structured adoption within the clinical ecosystem.
01. Regulatory Validation
ANVISA registration and regulatory compliance, ensuring legal security and enabling commercialization in Brazil.
02. Scientific and Technical Narrative
Translation of PDRN technology into a clear and credible value proposition for medical professionals.
Positioning aligned with clinical practice and premium perception.
03. Medical Channel Structure
Definition of the go-to-market strategy within the medical channel.
Development of pricing logic, professional distribution and portfolio alignment.
04. Medical Relationship and Adoption
Activation of key doctors and clinics, especially in São Paulo.
Implementation of education, training and certification to drive adoption.
Adoption occurs when regulation, scientific narrative, channel strategy and medical relationships are developed simultaneously, turning innovation into clinical practice.
